Okinawa, Hokkaido / Awamori This awamori is crafted on the southernmost island of Yonaguni using water from the northernmost island of Rebun! Its refreshing taste makes it perfect on the rocks or with soda.

Himebayashi was actually the first company in Japan to produce chestnut shochu. This product conveys their pride and dedication to chestnuts. Made using 100% chestnuts from Ehime Prefecture, this shochu has a refreshing taste thanks to the blending of rice shochu.

This potato shochu has a wonderful aroma! Its flavor, reminiscent of orange, pear, and black tea, and its rarity, only available at select liquor stores twice a year, have made it increasingly popular. Please give it a try!
